Hi Everyone,
One last little video clip showing the mini album, using papers from the"Floral Shoppe" collection by Graphic 45. Hope you like this one too, it has less pockets and flaps as I designed it for a one day class.

I'm teaching this at Sir Stampalot in Peterborough on Saturday 18th August, there are still a couple of places available. I've posted the link below

Please check out previous posts as there are more new album videos to see.

Thanks for dropping by,
Maggie

Good morning everyone,
Almost ready for tomorrow, here's a little peek of another 8"x 8" album, this time using black card stock and an older collection from Graphic 45 "Artisan"; I love the vibrant colours in this collection.
On the front cover the "hinges" are cut from the "Book tab and labels" die by LaLaLand and I think create a lovely effect. I also used the scalloped bracket dies and the small stitched build a frame dies too.
Here's the video, hope you like it.

Good morning everyone,

Here's another short video showing my 8 x 8 album. In this album I don't use page pockets but single pages that have been designed to fix onto the spine and still allow room for embellishments etc.
I've used ivory card stock and decorated the pages with beautiful papers from Maja Design, a Swedish company; the collection is called "Vintage Baby".
I've created the picture frames with dies from LaLaLand, the small version of the build a frame stitched dies, these dies are brilliant. I've also used the scalloped bracket dies to create pocket slots.

Hope you like the album.
Thanks for dropping by,
Maggie

Good evening everyone,
Here's a quick peek at my fold over album, decorated with papers from the "Imagine" collection by Graphic 45.
The front cover folds over and uses magnets to keep it closed.
I also used some new dies from LaLaLand; scalloped brackets for pocket and flap edges and for creating larger page slots for page tabs to fit in.
Hope you like it.

Thanks for dropping by,
Maggie

Good morning everyone,
Hope you've all been enjoying the fabulous weather, even though it does play havoc with glues and paints.
Thank you for all the feedback you've sent me regarding the drop side box album. I'm so excited to share some pictures that people have been kind enough to send me of their creations.

I've some pictures to show of the dropside box album made by Julie,
A very talented lady who has created a stunning album, here are a few of the page layouts; I really love the way Julie has coordinated all the patterns and used lots of flaps and pockets to create a really unique project.
Thank you so much Julie for sharing this with us....it is FAB!

and here's a completely different version using the ivory card stock made by the very talented Kim, who created a beautiful wedding keepsake album for her son and daughter in law. Kim has created a truly unique and stunning album, that I'm sure will become a family heirloom. I love the way she has used different edges, and added so many themed embellishments.
Thank you so much Kim for sharing this with us.....it is STUNNING!

Just a heads up...I'm on Hochanda this Thursday at 11am & 3pm, doing 2 album shows; there are 2 new album designs and also some more different dies by LaLaLand which are fabulous for album pages as well as card making.
I'll be posting a sneaky peek or two later on.
Thanks for dropping by and if any of you have finished your projects and would like me to show them please get in touch.
Maggie
