Good morning everyone,

Here's a sneaky peek of my drop side box album where I've used the stitched slot dies to create tag pockets; these would also be good for gift cards.
I have also been using the fancy brackets dies, which are in different lengths so perfect for album pages and card making; using these makes it very easy to match the edges perfectly of the decorative papers whilst allowing a narrow equal border of the card stock.
All the items needed (except the decorative papers) to make the drop side album will be available on the shows tomorrow on Hochanda - Tuesday 24th April at 11am and 3pm.
The card stock is amazing; 300gsm. The black is a true black and the ivory is very subtle and has a very smooth feel.
So if like me you have a stash of decorative papers sitting being admired in your crafty area, then take the plunge and have a go.
The video shows the page layouts I used, I will be putting more layouts on the blog in the next couple of weeks.
I'm still learning with video editing and techniques so please bear with me.

I'm also going to be teaching how to make a similar album, but with more pages, pockets and flaps at Sir Stampalot based in Peterborough during a weekend of serious crafting. If you fancy coming along, there are still a few places available. Janice and Andy look after us brilliantly and we have a lot of fun.

Thanks for dropping by and I hope you enjoy the shows.
